If you are wondering how to spend the rest of your Saturday night there is one place you should be right now.

Find any mode of transport you can and make your way to Koroit for the Irish Festival House Party. The vibrations coming through the floor of the old theatre are incredible, the entertainment amazing, the crowd singing along (I would like to say in tune, but I think that would be exaggerating!) There's still an hour to go - this was posted at 9.30pm - and it is something you should not miss.

Today was a fantastic family day, with children's rides, great musical entertainment, delicious food and a good crowd enjoying the balmy weather. With the focus on a family festival, the committee certainly delivered and the reasonably-priced day provided a host of quality entertainment enjoyed by people of all ages.

There is still more to go tomorrow, with a big breakfast in the morning and local football and netball in the afternoon, so make your way to Koroit for a fantastic Irish weekend.
