The fish are biting

The fish are biting on the Moyne River, making for some exciting fishing over the weekend.

Salmon (pictured) of around 2kg were caught in a local fishing competition and organisers said there were plenty of bream in the river. Local anglers are using live shrimps to catch them.

So dust of your rods and enjoy a spring morning chasing the catch of the day.
