Big4 Port Fairy best in the land

Visitors to Port Fairy's Big 4 Holiday Park already agree the accommodation is excellent, but the park has received national accolades winning the award for best 4 Star Rated Holiday Park at the Hotel Motel & Accommodation Association's 2010 National Accommodation Industry Awards for Excellence.

Big4 Port Fairy owner Jenni HiderSmith says the award is a wonderful recognition for the business and the tourism industry of Port Fairy.

"We have worked very hard to build our business into one which brings credit on us, our staff and our region, so we are thrilled to bring this award home to Port Fairy," she says.

BIG4 Port Fairy was selected as a winner from among 89 finalists. Properties are judged in equal parts by a written submission and a mystery guest assessment. HMAA's Awards for Excellence are one of the only annual accommodation awards to incorporate a true mystery guest component in their judging process.
