6th November: Port Fairy Agricultural Show

The Port Fairy Agricultural, Pastoral and Horticultural Show is a smorgasbord of traditional country show delights, with animals, rides, stallholders, competitions, pet parades, music, local produce and much, much more. Further details can be found at www.showgrounds.port-fairy.com

13th November: Koroit Agricultural Show

The Koroit show is a staple on the agricultural show circuit, with a strong equestrian component supported by the traditional show attractions and competitions. Beaut ute and truck showcases and competitions add a new dimension to the event.

13th November: Port Fairy Community Market at the Port Fairy Village Green, corner Sackville and Bank Streets, 9 am to 2 pm
Held on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month, the community party has anywhere between 25 and 80 stalls selling crafts, plants, food and local produce, jewellery and many other items. Contact the market coordinator on 0488 654 298

13 & 14th November: Tarerer Festival

Hailed as “a weekend of culture, community and change”, the annual Tarerer festival is a multi-cultural celebration that features music and culture. 20th November: Port Fairy Farmers Market, Village Green, cnr Sackville & Bank Streets, from 8.00am - 1.00pm
The monthly farmers markets highlight produce from local farmers including fruit, vegetables, flowers and honey in season, plants, baking, eggs and much more. 21st November: Open Garden, Woolsthorpe's Union Homestead
The spectacular grounds of Woolsthorpe’s historic Union homestead will be open to the public as part of a Garden Party and Christmas Bizarre fund-raiser for Warrnambool’s Rotary House. The well-known property features a beautiful garden and has been recognised for its grounds for decades. The property’s previous owners, the late Gwen and Edna Jones, were also generous in allowing their grounds to be used for functions. Admission will be $5 for adults, $2 for secondary students and primary school pupils will be admitted free. Ballangeich Road, Woolsthorpe

23rd November: Tuesday afternoon classic movie matinees at Port Fairy's Reardon Theatre
Four monthly classic films from the 30s, 40s, 50s and 60s. Concession rates for the Senior Citizens Club, Moyneyana House Residents and the Day Centre. Screens from 1.30pm.
